For this first you need to unplug the controller from the Xbox 360 and then push all the buttons on the controller. Now you need to open the seven screw holes, which are located at the back of the Xbox controller. For this you need to remove the sticker as well, from the bottom of the controller. In all the methods, you need to remove the screws and these screws can be removed with a simple screw driver. Then you need to remove the face plate and when you will remove it all the buttons will spill over the side. You do not need to worry for this, because you needed to remove them anyway. Now you need to "repair Xbox controller" with great care because its entire buttons, rubber cups have been separate, due to the opening of the face plate.
However, it is better that you remove the debris and dust from underneath the buttons with warm soapy water and sponge. This will remove all the dust and other thing, which is causing the buttons to stick off. Then let the board to dry off before you start the complete re-assembling. Do not plug in the controller if it is still wet, because this can result in electric short.
